“I am a mom of 6, working full time. I have always been on the healthy side (skinny, not in shape) of the social spectrum. I had reached my goal weight after having had my 6th baby in April 2024. But in losing that weight, my butt had disappeared, so I knew I needed to work out to look the way I wanted. I am still moving forward. In fact, I am sore today from a leg workout 2 days ago (only 10 mins, but still!) and I did an upper body workout this morning (another 10 mins BEFORE WORK!). I have always been pretty conscious of eating well but still have a lot of processed food in my diet. I have dived into the rabbit-hole of real food since our coaching, driven by talk of addiction and processed foods within our sessions."

“Before working with Carrie, I was trying to get pregnant and working to naturally decrease a specific elevated hormone due to a medical condition, which elevated can make getting pregnant difficult. I felt I had used all of my resources and options; I was willing to try anything. Carrie’s experience with Keto and glucose control was a great support and encouragement in making the dietary changes I did. Her genuine curiosity in my condition made me grateful to have her on my team. Since working together, I embraced the courage to purchase a continuous glucose monitor to have data on my dietary habits and how the changes I was making affected it.
